Classes have started, and I must say, I'm not a big fan of the lecture thing. To be honest, the kids in the eighty-hundredth row picking their noses are a lot more entertaining than ramble mumbo jumbo about whatever topic the professor's currently on.

I try to listen--I promise.

And I've done all my reading so far. I really feel like that's where I learn something. I suppose that's the way that college is. At least these lecture courses. The teachers basically guide you through self-teaching. Once you get up to the more difficult courses specified for your major, the class sizes get smaller, and the teaching is more likely than not a little more personal and therefore beneficial. In the meantime, lecture time is naptime and reading time is learning time.

Oh! And I'm going ice-sculpting today! Or ice destroying, considering that it's me.
