Ew, it's rainy. And cloudy. Actually, I suppose you need clouds in order for it to rain, but not always in Colorado. I recall two instances this summer of it raining from a blue sky. I'm not kidding. And if you don't get it, I don't either. Honestly.

Anyway, there are CLOUDS and it's FRICKIN' FREEZING! And it's yucky, yucky, yucky. And I don't want to walk to class.

Not that I actually have a choice.

Anyway, I'm gonna take a nap today. I love taking warm naps on cold days. Plus, I have to stay up late tonight, and I need sleep to do that.

Brr!

Oh, and we debated today in Government class. Boy, do debates piss me off! I shouldn't even participate! Rawr! Ya know what everything we're going through in the U.S. is to me? Paranoia. Did it ever occur to anyone to recognize that our probability of dying due to unnatural causes is lower than it has ever been since the founding of this nation? Did it ever occur to anyone that even though we're safer than ever, the paranoia level is higher than it has ever been since the founding of this nation? That we have to build enough nuclear weapons to blow up the world four times over to feel safe? That even in the wake of terrorism--which has existed since the beginning of time--we are safer than ever and still we freak out like little weenies and act like the end is coming and therefore we attack every possible threat even if they aren't really a threat, we're just so damn insecure that we think they're magically going to come up with one millionth of the massively destructive weapons we have and blow up a couple people when we have enough power to blow up a million of their people in less than an hour?

Jeebus. Drives me crazy!
