It's almost eleven PM, my roommate's asleep, I'm exhausted but too lazy to go to bed yet. (I have a loft, and getting into bed requires climbing a ladder and going across the bed.)
Wow, that's pathetic!
Anyway, la. I should go to bed. I really should. I'm tired not just because I didn't sleep that much last night (and went to bed at 3 AM) but because I had to drive home today in precarious road conditions. While it usually takes me an hour and fifteen minutes to drive from home to CSU, it took me over three hours. Lots of snow, ice, and the weather channels say "Don't drive unless you absolutely have to, and if you do, bring a survival kit with you, including warm clothes, water, and food."
Scary, huh?
I guess I'm lucky to be alive. It's not like I didn't notice the car accidents on the way up, and the skid marks from people who hit a patch of ice going too fast and decided to get buddy-buddy with the guard rail. I didn't observe any accidents that looked to be fatal, but then, what do I know about that stuff?
So, yay. I'm back at CSU alive, in one piece, and I didn't kill anyone on the way. Whoopie!
In the meantime, finals in two weeks. Actually, only last tests for three classes, and a final for one. Hopefully, I'll do well.
So...I'm gonna go brush my teeth, and then ponder takin' the climb so I can finally rest. Hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving...later, yo! ;-)
